The feeling of rush and excitement for many students is undeniable now that face-to-face classes are back on after two long years because they’d get to experience once again the joy of doing school activities physically together.
To make this school year even more powerful and memorable for them, TM has launched GV Idol, an online talent search for all students across the Philippines. This aims to provide an avenue to showcase a more leveled-up skills in singing, dancing, and acting with their school friends both online and on the ground, where they can win prizes and bring school pride for more good vibes.

TM GV Idol is looking for talented students who can bring good vibes to everyone. The song and dance category have received awesome entries where young singers and dancers showed their power voices and jaw-dropping moves.
For students who have a knack for acting and video production, they can now start sending funny skits or award-winning dramatization of stories because the content category for GV Idol is now open for submissions.
The competition is open for all officially enrolled students this school year. They just need to follow these steps to join:
Create a group with at least 2 members who are TM subscribers.
Register via the TM portal
Upload on Tiktok a maximum of 1 minute video showcasing the best talent that brings good vibes to others
Use the hashtags #TMPawerYarn and #TMGVidol
All categories for TM GV Idol are open for 3-5 members per entry, which is a perfect way for students to spend time together and have fun. They can also make sure to win by creating their entries with creativity, relevance to fun and good vibes, and with the perfect entertainment value.

Pawer prizes await winners of TM GV Idol. Top winners per category will win up to P100,000. In addition to this, the schools of the top 5 winners will receive P10,000 worth of COVID-19 essentials package as TM‘s way of making the back-to-school experience safe and full of good vibes for everyone.
TM GV Idol will also be going to select schools nationwide. Students can run into more fun and excitement on-ground because an array of booths were prepared and made especially just for them. They'd get a chance to bag TM merch and prizes for more good vibes.
“We wanted TM GV Idol to be an avenue for Filipino students to take pride in their talents while making their time together in school more productive and memorable, ultimately adding good vibes to their overall school experience,” said TM Brand Head Bea Lacson.
