Aside from the fact that it's beautifully located that you can literally walk your way to the establishments outside the village like S & R and Nuvali the facilities are well designed and integrated with the community, with the nice panorama view of Mount Makiling which garden and good pathways for jogging or biking. Also with swimming pool, basketball court, tennis cout and children's playground, as well as function room in the clubhouse for meetings and parties. You will also notice that streets at night are well-lit and have high perimeter walls for the security and safety of the community.
