Compulsory Insurance for Migrant Workers
Section 23 of R.A. 10022 mandates recruitment and manning agencies to provide OFWs with compulsory insurance at no cost to the worker. The Compulsory Insurance for Agency Hired Migrant Worker aims to ensure that OFWs get the right protection they deserve. It also
promotes and supports the workers’ fundamental rights and welfare.

MAPFRE Insular’s Compulsory Insurance Coverage for Agency-Hired Migrant Workers is a comprehensive insurance package that is set to address the needs of Filipino Migrant Workers.
