Uratex Plant Tour

Going back to childhood this is what I can say, like being on a field trip!

I got a chance on being included in a plant tour on the Biggest Name in Foam we have in the Philippines what else but the household name Uratex.




I always love to know what's behind a certain product, like on how it was made, where was it manufactured and how was the process before it reaches me or any other customer. Although not everything was disclosed like their formula or something like that because it is a trade secret but aside from that everything else from our tour was discussed to us and even naming some of their clients that distributes their foam. I also learned in the tour that there are different levels of densities that they can formulate in which can form another product masterpiece and to site examples there were molded figures of a foot that serves as a model for a certain size of shoes that shoe makers use for creating shoes. squares of foams that were samples of different types of foam that they have.
